Competitive bids are requested for CRHSD - EXTERIOR DOORS. Drawings and specifications in electronic format can be obtained from the Architect's ShareFile site after the bidder has been added to the official bidders list. Access to bid documents requires establishing an account with the ShareFile site; documents will not be distributed otherwise. Questions about the bid must reference the specific bid number and project name. Bids must be sealed and delivered to the Office of the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary by the specified deadline. Electronic submissions are not accepted. Each bid must include a Consent of Surety for a New Jersey Statutory Performance and Payment Bond for the full contract amount, a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check for ten percent of the total bid (not to exceed $20,000), a Statement of Ownership, a Non-Collusion Affidavit, a Contractor Questionnaire/Certification, and all other required bid package documents. All contractors must possess a valid Contractor's Registration Certificate at the time of bid receipt. Bidders are required to comply with Affirmative Action Against Discrimination, Prevailing Wage Rate Determination, and must be qualified by the Department of the Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction if the work cost exceeds $20,000.
