Site work for a water / sewer project in Anderson, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Edgewood Plaza Sewer Improvement Project shall be bid according to bid plans and specifications available in the City Engineer's Office. The City reserves the right to delete any section(s) of the bid proposal. Materials, supplies, and work to be furnished or performed must comply with requirements as set by the Board of Public Works. Bids must be placed in a sealed envelope identified by the bidder's name, address, and the statement "Edgewood Plaza Sewer Improvement Project." The bid must include a properly and completely executed "Itemized Bid Form," "General Bid Form 96," financial statement, statement of experience, proposed work plans, and list of available equipment. A properly executed non-collusion affidavit is required. Bid security in the form of a certified check or bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid proposal must be included. Additional required documents: City of Anderson Employment Eligibility Verification, Bidder's drug testing program plan, certification of Non-Segregated Facilities, Non-Discrimination Clause, Workforce Breakdown Forms, and Affirmative Action Checklist. Failure to execute a contract, provide labor and materials, and performance bond as required will cause forfeiture of bid security. Performance and payment bonds for 100% of the contract amount must accompany the executed contract and stay in effect for 12 months after completion and acceptance of the project. Bids cannot be withdrawn for 60 days from the date of bid opening. Insurance coverage for theft or damage to materials or equipment at the site is the bidder's responsibility and expense. The Board of Works reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any and all bids. Question Deadline 03/20/2026 If any person contemplating submitting a bid for this work is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Plans, Specifications or other proposed contract documents, he shall submit a written request to the Owner no less than ten ( 10) days prior to bid date for interpretation thereof.
