**As of April 29, 2026, this project has been awarded.** REPAIR AND RESURFACING OF VARIOUS STREETS IN THE TOWN OF EDGEWOOD, INDIANA. All bids shall be in separate sealed envelopes and identified by the name and address of the Bidder and labeled "REPAIR AND RESURFACING OF VARIOUS STREETS." The proposal should consist of the following properly and fully executed documents: Bid proposals shall be submitted on "General Bid Form 96" as prescribed by the Indiana State Board of Accounts. Each bid proposal shall include a properly executed non-collusion affidavit as required by the statutes of the State of Indiana. A Bidder shall file a certified check or bid bond with each bid in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the total bid proposal, as evidence of good faith that the successful Bidder will execute within ten (10) consecutive calendar days from the acceptance of the bid proposal, a contract as set out in the specifications. All bidders must be pre-qualified for state highway work (INDOT). Failure of a Bidder to enter into a Contract, execute same and furnish acceptable labor and materials payment bond and performance bond as herein required, shall be cause for forfeiture of certified check or bid bond for liquidated damages to the City. Bidder will not be permitted to withdraw his/her bid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of bid opening. The Town of Edgewood reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids.
