Renovation and addition to a fire / police facility in Labelle, Florida. Completed plans call for the addition of a fire / police facility; and fire / police facility.
The Work includes the hardening of the existing building, renovation of the interior of the existing building, and a small addition. Sealed proposals must be submitted in response to ITB 2026-01 as outlined in the bidding documents. Bids should be prepared in accordance with the Instructions to Bidder and will be evaluated by the City as stated. The City reserves the right to waive formalities, reject any or all bid submittals, or re-advertise for bid submittals for these commodities/services, and may withdraw all or part of this ITB at any time. All bidders are asked to be thorough yet concise in their response. Failure to provide the response in the manner prescribed may be grounds for disqualification. Prospective Bidders are cautioned not to contact any staff or officials except the specified contact person. M/WBEs are encouraged to participate. All questions shall be submitted to Tia Warner at tiawarner@citylabelle.com , no later than April 2, 2026 at 5:00 as per ITB Bidders shall email City Clerk at tiawarner@citylabelle.com to schedule second site visit Bidders are not required to attend the optional pre-bid meeting, in person at the LaBelle Fire Station, located at 280 South Main Street, LaBelle, FL 33935, on March 26, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. local time.
