Work in the Darkhorse subdivision includes CMS board placement for public notification, striping removal, clearing and grubbing vegetation from roadway and cracks, applying herbicide to cracks, digout and repavement of failure areas, sweeping, micro-surfacing, and striping. Ironwood Court will receive a cape seal. In the Alta Sierra subdivision, work involves CMS board placement at specified intersections for public notification, removal of striping, patching marker packets with HMA, digout and repavement of failure areas, sweeping, and chip seal. Jamie Lee Court will receive a cape seal. Wolf Road, You Bet Road, Greenhorn Road, Lakewood Lane, and Adamson Drive require CMS board placement, stripe removal, digout and repavement of pavement failures, sweeping, micro-surfacing, restriping, and recessed marker placement. Contractor must supply all CMS boards. Bids shall be unit prices for all described work unless specifically indicated as optional in the Bid Form.
