The County of Passaic is requesting bid proposals for the Expand Pool Weatherization Assistance Program: Residential Insulation and Ventilation Repair and Installation with Other Energy Conservation Measures. The Passaic County Weatherization and Home Energy Division invites vendors to submit proposals for these weatherization services. Bid proposals must be submitted on the forms supplied by the County. Bidders must submit a total of four bid proposals: one original, two copies, and one electronically stored copy on a CD or USB Flash Drive. Bid proposals can be submitted via hand-delivery during regular business hours, certified mail, or overnight delivery to the address provided. Bidders are required to comply with the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, the Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Rules, and all other applicable laws, regulations, or ordinances concerning affirmative action goals and equal employment opportunity. The Board of County Commissioners of the County of Passaic reserves the right to consider bid proposals for sixty days after receipt, to reject any and all proposals, and to waive minor informalities when authorized by law.
