As of April 17, 2026, project is awarded to Nail Excavating in the amount of $445,454.75. Sealed Bids are requested for the construction of the 2025 Water Main Replacement Project, which involves the replacement of the existing 4” water main, fire hydrants, and valves along 25th Street from Allen Avenue to Highland Street, with approximately 2,485 feet of 12” HDPE pipe and new fire hydrants and valves. Bids are to be submitted for a single prime contract and shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bidding documents must be obtained from Howe Company, LLC or their website, and bidders must be on the plan holders list to bid the project.
