Remodeling of two restrooms in the High School Sports Commons at 250 E. Tuttle Rd., Ionia. The work includes: demolition of existing tile flooring; removal and replacement of restroom partitions; preparation and coating of floors with 'StonHard' High Performance poured flooring or equivalent; painting of ceilings and wall areas impacted during construction; installation of new ASI 1-inch thick Vandal Resistant Black solid plastic partitions with privacy strips, full length wall mounts, solid horizontal support bracing, and slide locks; removal and reinstallation of sinks, mirrors, and dispensers for wall tile installation; installation of wall tiles as specified; alternate pricing for replacement of eleven wall-mounted toilets with American Standard AFWALL MILLENNIUM Elongated Bowl, top spud or equivalent; installation of light grey or black 6-inch vinyl cove base molding; retention of all demoed plastic partition panels by the school; compliance with current ADA codes for toilet stall panels, dispensers, and safety rails; and inclusion of dumpster in the proposal. Proposals must include evidence of contractor licensing, adequate insurance coverage and bonding, an Iran Sanctions Affidavit, and a familial disclosure affidavit in compliance with applicable Michigan laws.
