A portion of the existing food service building will be remodeled to accommodate kosher food needs. This renovation will include separation of food preparation space from the primary food preparation area, and new equipment and storage for this alternate area. The work will include routing and connection to existing building utilities within the basement space. Bid responses and attachments must be uploaded to SIGMA VSS. Contractors should submit a maximum of two attachments, each less than 25 MB: one for bid documents (such as Bid Summary, Bid Schedule, Bid Bond, Certification forms, Signature Authority) and another, if applicable, for Qualified Disabled Veteran (QDV) information. Do not wait until just before the solicitation deadline to submit the bid response, as SIGMA VSS will not accept proposals after the deadline. If electronic submission issues arise, contact the SIGMA Help Desk before the deadline. Contractors may be asked to email their bid response, which requires prior approval and must be received by the deadline to be considered. Bid responses should not be emailed to the Project Director.
