Ionia Correctional Facility – Generator, Switchgear Replacement, and AST Installation Demolition of existing generator, generator fuel systems, and electrical gear. Construction of a new building addition containing a new generator room, future water filtration room, and a vehicle storage space. Construction of new concrete service driveway and installation/rework of buried utilities. Installation of new HVAC and electrical systems to serve the new building addition. Installation of new generator, generator fuel system, and electrical equipment. All bid responses require proof of State Project Registration from the Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity. Bid responses and bid attachments must be uploaded to SIGMA VSS.
