Sealed proposals are requested for the Niagara County Brownfield Opportunity Area (BOA) Pre-Planning Project for the Niagara County Department of Economic Development. All proposals must be accompanied by a non-collusion statement to be considered. Proposals must be firm for a period of ninety (90) days following the bid opening. The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informality in proposals, and to accept the proposal in part or as a whole. Questions regarding this bid may be directed to Division of Purchasing, Philo J. Brooks County Office Building, 59 Park Avenue, Lockport, New York 14094, at 716-439-7210, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm. Request for Proposal for design services is underway . The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
