Description

Renovation of an industrial development in Lockport, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a industrial development.

The New York State Canal Corporation, a subsidiary of the New York Power Authority, seeks proposals from qualified firms to remove and replace the siding and trim on the Lockport Warehouse (STRIN 800085B) at the Lockport Maintenance Section. The scope includes installing new factory primed cedar novelty siding, infill panels, adding a 1/4" sheathing with #15 felt as an air-weather barrier, and 1/8"x2" battens to create an airspace behind the siding. Proposers must use the NYPA website (www.nypa.gov) to obtain complete bid documents, addenda, and related notices within the NYPA Ariba network.
