Renovation of a laboratory facility in Flushing, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,250-square-foot laboratory facility.
E.W. Howell Co., LLC is seeking bids from qualified subcontractors and suppliers, particularly those certified as NYS M/WBE & SDVOB firms, for the 6,250 SF multi-lab renovations in Razran Hall and Science Building at CUNY Queens College. The trades required include but are not limited to asbestos abatement, demolition, masonry, metal fabrications, spray-on fireproofing, hollow metal doors/frames/hardware, aluminum windows, carpentry, resilient flooring, resinous flooring, painting, visual display, signage, wall protection, A/V equipment, lab equipment, fume hoods, window treatments, metal casework, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and fire alarm. The labor type required is union (PLA) and the project is tax exempt. Interested NYS M/WBE & SDVOB and non-M/WBE & SDVOB firms should contact the designated individuals via email or phone to be included on the bidding platform.
