The Caldwell Exempted Village School District is seeking bids for concrete improvements at the Tribe Athletic Complex/Crock Family Field, funded through the Guernsey County Board of Developmental Disabilities, to improve accessibility and ensure ADA compliance at the facility. The project includes concrete pour and finishing of the parking lot and access road, retaining wall pour and pad pour for the visitor bleachers, and construction of accessible walkways and related concrete improvements to support ADA compliance. Bids must be submitted separately for labor and materials and site preparation (if applicable). Bidders are responsible for timely and proper bid submission. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check equal to 10% of the bid amount. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
