Sealed bids will be received for the 2026 Turf Maintenance in the Township of Hainesport, Burlington County, New Jersey. Bid forms, contracts, and specifications are available through Remington & Vernick Engineers and require a payment of $50.00 for each set. Bids must comply with the competitive contracting requirements under local New Jersey law. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the name and address of the bidder and the specific work referenced on the outside. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) but not more than $20,000.00 of the bid amount, and by a certificate letter from a surety company indicating that a completion bond will be provided. The contract will be awarded subject to the provision of necessary funds and securing of all required permits.
