Bid is cancelled The District will receive sealed bids for the CALSHAPE HVAC Replacement/Repair Grant Project at Eagle Mountain School. The project must be completed within 103 calendar days. Prospective bidders must review the bid documents for more information regarding the project and submission of bids. Plans and documents are available online with A&I Reprographics, and there is a non-refundable fee for printed sets, while digital downloads are free. The construction estimate is $303,144.00. Contractors and subcontractors are required to pay prevailing wage. Bidders must attend one of two mandatory pre-bid job walks at Eagle Mountain School. Failure to attend the entire job walk or arriving late will result in disqualification. Bidders must not visit the site outside of these walks unless arrangements are made with the District Consultant. All bids must be addressed, sealed, and received by the Superintendent no later than 2:00 p.m. on the bid closing date. Questions or requests for information must be sent in writing by the designated deadline, with responses provided via addenda online. Bids will be publicly opened at the time and place indicated. The contractor must possess a B-General Building Contractor and/or C-20 license; subcontractors must have appropriate licenses for their specialties.
