The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Demolition of existing plaster ceiling and lighting in the Boys and Girls locker rooms. New acoustical ceiling grid and light fixtures in the Boys and Girls locker rooms. Demolition and removals as shown, Demolition of refreshment booth. New pre-engineered, pre-fabricated precast concrete comfort station . Provide structural foundation to support pre-cast building. Design utilities and sanitary systems. Demolition of bleachers and press box. .New grandstand bleachers and prefabricated press box. New sidewalks, fences, site work in support of the atheltic field upgrades. Provide as-builts. Replace old cinder track with new asphaltic synthetic covered track. Project closeout submittals. Each proposal submitted must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, made payable to the GREENPORT UNION FREE SCHOOL DISTRICT, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, as a commitment by the bidder that, if its bid is accepted, it will enter into a contract to perform the work and will execute such further security as may be required for the faithful performance of the contract.
