Renovation of a detention facility in Chicago Ridge, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The proposed work includes repairing and replacing a portion of the sallyport structural slab and adding new steel framing. Concrete foundation wall deterioration shall be repaired with a new membrane installed and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the improvements. Contractors must be on the plan holders lists in order to bid.
