Bidders must submit all required bid forms and comply with all instructions and specifications. Bids are to be marked in a sealed envelope with the project name and delivered to the Borough of Glen Rock, Attention: Ms. Jacqueline Scalia, Borough Clerk. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent of the bid, not exceeding $20,000. All bidders and their subcontractors must be registered with the New Jersey Department of Labor under the Public Works Contractor Registration Act. Compliance with Affirmative Action, Equal Opportunity requirements, Local Public Contracts Law, and related regulations is required. Bidders on the Debarred, Suspended or Disqualified Bidders list are not eligible. Bidders must not withdraw their bid for sixty days from the bid opening.
