Crestwood Stadium Site Upgrades for Modular Building Installations. Question Deadline 03/24/2026 at 12:00 AM ET All questions should be directed in writing to Dee Cook, via email, dee.cook@sumterschools.net . Offers must be submitted in a sealed package. The solicitation number and opening date must appear on the package exterior. Submit five original copies of the technical proposal and one original copy of the cost proposal in a separate sealed envelope. Offers should be submitted to Sumter School District, Attention: Procurement Coordinator, at 1345 Wilson Hall Road, Sumter, SC 29150. A mandatory conference will be held at Crestwood High School Athletic Fields, 2000 Oswego Rd., Sumter, SC 29153. It is the responsibility of the offeror to check the designated website for any amendments. Anticipated Date for Interviews (if necessary) April 8, 2026 Anticipated Date of Notice(s) of Intent to Award April 9, 2026 Required services of this contract at a minimum must include the following mandatory deliverables: Site Upgrades to Crestwood High School Stadium for Modular Building. Work shall include Civil, Electrical work for new electrical service, Drainage, sidewalks, new fencing, . Tie-in of Plumbing and electrical to new modular concessions/toilet building. Modular buildings under separate contract, but to be coordinated with this project schedule.
