Project includes retrofit and replacement of existing light fixtures with energy efficient LED fixtures. Project includes work which requires access to fixtures at high mounting heights up to 84' AFF. The owner has a man lift suitable for access to many but not all locations that will be available for use by the contractor based on the terms of the man lift use agreement. Some fixture locations will need scaffolding or other means to reach. All work shall be coordinated with the facility operator to minimize impacts to their event schedule. Emailed bids will not be accepted. All questions shall be submitted prior to the question due date, which will be the final opportunity to ask questions or request clarifications. Requests for interpretation or clarification of the bidding documents shall be made in writing to the Purchasing Office. Interpretations, corrections, or changes to the bidding documents shall be made by addendum and shall not be binding unless included in the addendum. It is the bidder's responsibility to periodically check the website for addenda. ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: Between: $150,000 - $250,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
