The Alaska Railroad Corporation (ARRC) is soliciting bids to fabricate and deliver six (6) marine fender systems for installation on the Seward Freight Dock Extension. Bids must be complete, in U.S. dollars, submitted using the provided bid form in a sealed envelope with the specified bid number, and mailed or delivered to the designated address. Bids submitted by email will be considered non-responsive. ARRC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, negotiate changes, accept any bids or parts thereof, waive minor informalities or defects, and not award the contract if deemed in its best interest. Any resulting contract will incorporate ARRC's Standard Instructions and General Terms and Conditions and may include Federal Terms and Conditions if federally funded. Bidders are cautioned that conflicting bidder-imposed terms will make a bid non-responsive unless accompanied by a disclaimer prioritizing ARRC terms. If clarification or further explanation is needed, it is the bidder's responsibility to seek guidance from ARRC. Participation of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises is encouraged, though no individual DBE goals are set for this solicitation.
