This requirement is for maintenance, repair, and rebuild services for materials handling equipment (MHE) at DLA Disposition Services Anchorage. All contractor performance must be conducted in a safe manner and comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as installation policies. The contractor is responsible for all required documentation and service-related requirements, including coordination for installation access. Deliveries must be made during normal installation work hours, excluding federal holidays. Offerors must submit proposals in two volumes: Volume 1 for proposal certifications and price schedule, and Volume 2 for past performance. Past performance must detail previous experience in similar services, providing references and surveys as specified. Proposals must be electronically submitted in Microsoft Word, Excel, or PDF format, and must not contain extraneous information. All proposals must be valid for 90 days. The evaluation criteria include past performance (significantly more important than price) and price. Only the first four relevant past performance projects will be considered. The contractor must meet all specified requirements and demonstrate their ability to adhere to US Government’s standards for performance under this solicitation.
