The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and other facilities necessary to successfully complete improvements for Creekside Elementary School pedestrian access. The scope includes intersection narrowing with reconstruction of associated sidewalk, curb and gutter, storm drain, pavement, signing and striping, ADA curb ramps, and illumination improvements. There is also an additive alternative for additional sidewalk, curb and gutter, and paving along Creekside Street. Instructions to bidders: All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the specified municipal office, including the bidder's name, address, city, state, zip code, Invitation to Bid number, title, and buyer's name clearly written or typed on the outside. Faxed or emailed bids are not accepted. Questions regarding the bidding documents must be submitted in writing prior to the deadline. Addenda, if any, will be issued and must be checked by the bidders. Only paper bids are accepted at this time. The municipality reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in bidding. Award will be made to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest responsive bid.
