IFB 2026-01 This project consists of the rehabilitation of Taxiway A located at Arcadia Municipal Airport. The project will include a 3" milling and asphalt overlay of the existing 3,700' x 40' parallel taxiway, Edgelight replacement, new cabling, new Taxiway Guidance Signs, and markings. Signate Costs for Construction Projects: The Prime Contractor of a Federally-assisted airport improvement project is required to post signs consistent with a DOT/FAA prescribed format, as may be requested by the DOT/FAA, and further agrees to remove any signs posted in response to requests received prior to February 1, 2025. This project is being funded jointly by the Federal Aviation Administration and the Florida Department of Transportation. It is the intent of the City to award this bid to the lowest, most responsive, most responsible bidder with proven reliability and the ability to supply all items within a reasonable time frame acceptable to the City of Arcadia.
