Renovation of a recreation facility in Grove City, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.
The work consists of the restoration of the steel slide structure at the Big Splash Family Aquatic Center, 2831 Southwest Blvd., Grove City, OH 43123. An alternate bid for waterslide surface restoration is also included. The estimated cost for the base bid is $150,000, and $50,000 for the alternate bid. Contractors must submit bids for the base bid to be considered. Bids must include the full name and address of each person or company interested and be accompanied by a bond as required by the contract documents. Bidders must state in detail their experience in this class of work; those inexperienced in this particular class may not be considered. All workers must be paid prevailing wages according to State of Ohio rates. Grove City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive technical defects as necessary to determine the lowest and best bidder.
