Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Cape Coral, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The contractor shall completely prepare the site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and provide all labor, materials, tools, supervision, and equipment required to perform general construction, alterations, grading, drainage, and associated work necessary to install alternate connections for steam and chilled water. The effort involves constructing new infrastructure, modifying existing systems, and completing all required installation activities to support alternate steam and chilled water connections at the facility.
