The project involves partial demolition of the site manager's office on the first floor, as well as flooring, electrical, and framing work for the now-closed crew meeting room. On the second floor, the scope includes replacing existing vinyl tile flooring with carpet, installing a mini-split system, upgrading doors, and adding electrical components.
