Respondents are invited to provide bids for the Construction of the Equipping of Water Wells Commission 23A, El Dorado 2 and Lakewood Interconnect Meter New SCE Service Project. The work consists of equipping two municipal water supply wells, Commission 23A and El Dorado 2, and also involves receiving power from Southern California Edison (SCE) to power the equipment at the existing interconnection at an existing site. Only full and complete bids will be accepted. Prospective bidders are required to attend a mandatory virtual pre-bid conference with the Owner and Owner's representatives where the scope of work will be presented. Instructions include submitting bids electronically using the city's procurement website and registering to view and download the Request for Proposal.
