Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Georgetown, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Sealed bids are invited for construction related to the Georgetown Park Site Improvements Project. The project generally consists of installing a new parking lot, sidewalks, splash pad, and an all-inclusive playground. The splash pad and playground equipment, as well as installation of this equipment, are excluded. Bids must cover all general construction, mechanical installation, labor, materials, permits, licenses, insurance, and related items necessary for the facilities. Required bid submissions include: Bid Form with unit prices, Bid Form 96, signed E-Verify Document, signed Non-collusion Affidavit, and Certificate of Insurance with General Liability and Workers Compensation or a Worker's Compensation Clearance Certificate. A bid bond is not required. Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of the bid amount must be provided upon award selection and be valid through the construction contract and twelve months after substantial completion. No conditional or qualified bids will be accepted. Award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder, who must not be debarred from federally assisted programs. Each bidder is responsible for site inspection and review of project plans and specifications. All applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations apply. All questions shall be submitted via email to chesen@heritageeng.com no later than Tuesday April 14, 2026 at 4 pm. Questions received after that time may not be answered
