Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Normal, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a 35,000-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot.
This project consists of approximately 35,000 square feet (SF) of sidewalk removal, approximately 35,000 SF of PCC sidewalk construction, construction of ADA sidewalk ramps, sidewalk vertical displacement removal, driveway pavement reconstruction, and storm sewer inlet adjustments and reconstruction, along with all necessary items and incidentals required to complete the project in accordance with the plans and specifications. Sealed bids are sought and must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked for the project at the specified location by the bid due date and time. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids received. The bid award will be made by the Town Council, and the decision of the Council will be final. Any additional questions to Tony Meizelis and Darryl Barron by Monday, March 21, 2026, at 4pm.
