Construction Manager at Risk - Renovations/Modifications at Harmony Elementary School . The Pickens County School District (PCSD) desires to retain the services of a professional Construction Manager/Contractor at Risk (CM/C) firm for the management, under a construction management/contractor at risk format, for the renovations/modifications of the Harmony Elementary School, located at 550 Harmony School Rd, Jasper, GA 30143. The project will be designed by Breaux & Associates, Alpharetta GA with an estimated budget of $6,300,000.00. The Preliminary scope of the project shall include: o Replace all flooring o Replace all lighting o Replace all drop ceilings o Painting all walls o Total renovations of all bathrooms o Replace and update Fire Alarm System o Replace HVAC units & Controls o Replace Roof o Replace Generator Renovation work is anticipated to start December 2026 and finish July 2027. During the pre-construction phase, CM/C will assist the Pickens County School District in establishing the exact scope of work, based on the Pickens County School District's established budget for this portion of the work.
