The Work consists of the supply and delivery of reflectorized traffic barricades for the period from date of award until December 31, 2026, with the option of two mutually agreed upon one-year extensions. The City may negotiate an extension with the Contractor within ninety calendar days prior to the expiry date of the Contract, and any changes from such negotiations shall require written approval from the Contract Administrator. The City may participate in collaborative procurement initiatives in the future, and thus extensions may not be exercised. The major component is the supply and delivery of reflectorized traffic barricades as specified. The Work is to be performed on an 'as required' basis, as authorized by the Contract Administrator or Users, and the City has no obligation to purchase any item beyond its actual operational requirements. The City reserves the right to alter the type or quantity of work or terminate the Contract with thirty calendar days written notice due to operational changes, and no claims for damages for loss of anticipated profit will be entertained.
