Demolition, site work and addition to a military facility in Westmorland, California. Completed plans call for the addition of a military facility; for the demolition of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.
Provide construction services for the Highway 86 Check Point Shelter Structure Expansion in accordance with the attached Statement of Work, including all labor, materials, equipment, and related tasks necessary to complete the expansion work defined. Perform all construction activities in compliance with project specifications, wage determinations, and the pricing proposal form, delivering the required shelter structure expansion within the stated magnitude of construction. Magnitude of Construction Projects: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of the requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $200,000 and $300,000. Questions regarding the solicitation package may be addressed to the Contracting Officer, Paul Barrett, via email paul.barrett@cbp.dhs.gov. Submission of proposals shall be directed to the Contracting Officer via email only. Questions shall be submitted as soon as possible, but no later than 3:00 PM ET March 20, 2026. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
