Question Deadline 04/10/2026 at 5:00 PM ET This contract includes construction of a 9,600 square foot pole building and two 4,800 square foot pole buildings, including site work as per drawings. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bidding Documents are available for purchase either on compact disc as PDF files for a non-refundable charge, or as printed documents for a higher non-refundable cost. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available, and neither the Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for sets obtained from other sources. A pre-bid conference will be held onsite to allow Contractors to obtain project information. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but not mandatory. Contractor questions should be submitted in writing, including the project name in the subject heading. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. If any portion of the response contains trade secrets or confidential information, it must be isolated and identified in writing along with a statement supporting its designation. Sussex County reserves the right to extend the time and place of bid opening with notice.
