Renovation of a detention facility in Georgetown, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade detention facility.
This project consists of replacing the roof on the existing two-story Programs Building. The scope includes replacing approximately 23,940 square feet of sloped shingle roof, repairing or replacing rotted or sagging roof deck where required, and replacing roof gutters and downspouts. Roof vents will be extended as required, and the perimeter metal coping will be replaced as needed or reused as much as possible. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. Questions regarding the bid documents will be received until 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 18, 2026. ***Additional documents including plans are available from the owner. Award is subject to final approval.
