Site work and paving for a civil project in Georgetown, Delaware. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Contract A: Vacuum Collection and Sewage Conveyance Systems: This contract generally includes the installation of approximately 7,400 linear feet of four (4") PVC vacuum main, 7,700 linear feet of six (6") PVC vacuum main, 6,300 linear feet of eight (8") PVC vacuum main, 500 linear feet of ten (10") PVC vacuum main, 800 linear feet of three (3") vacuum lateral, 4,300 linear feet of three (3") PVC sewer lateral, 6,800 linear feet of six (6") PVC sewer lateral, installation of 190 vacuum pits, pipe testing and trench and roadway restoration. Document Note: Bidding Documents are available on compact disc (as portable document format (PDF) files) for a non-refundable charge of $75.00 per set, payable to Davis, Bowen & Friedel, Inc. Any Contractor having questions concerning the bid should submit them in writing via email to Ring W. Lardner, P.E., at rwl@dbfinc.com no later than 12:00 PM, March 18, 2026. Questions shall include the project name (Slaughter Beach Collection System) in the subject heading.
