Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Thomasville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 16,743-square-foot municipal facility.

This is a roof replacement for the Thomasville Government Center located at 211 W. Colonial Drive, Thomasville, NC 27360. In general, the scope of work includes replacement of the existing single-ply roof system with a fully adhered felt-back thermoplastic (PVC) roof system on an approximate 16,743 square feet of roof area. Attendance at a pre-bid conference is a prerequisite for consideration of an offeror's proposal. It is the offeror's responsibility to assure that all addenda have been reviewed.
