As part of the state's Unmet Needs Analysis, Disaster Case Management providers and local governments identified the greatest owner-occupied post disaster housing needs. The Manufactured Home Replacement and Elevation Program's primary objective is to assist local jurisdictions with rebuilding Mobilehome units lost to recent disasters and mitigate them against future disaster risk. The purpose is to solicit quotes from interested entities to provide Manufactured Housing Units (MHUs) and installation services for the Owner-Occupied Manufactured Home Replacement and Elevation Program. This will establish an Approved Participating Vendor List for program-approved homeowners to contract with for services or installation. Bidders should be aware of the potential need to expand services with the same scope of work included in their proposal's programs. All vendors must utilize a licensed general contractor authorized to install MHUs in California and be currently registered on SAM.gov without active exclusions.
