The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to demolish existing roof crickets, repair substrates as needed, and install new 60 mil TPO roofing at designated buildings, in accordance with project requirements and constraints. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Manager listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the IFB No. 127234, Buildings C-5-3 & 901 Roof Cricket Repairs and Contractor Business Name. Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk at Camp San Luis Obispo, 10 Sonoma Avenue, San Luis Obispo, CA 93405. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid on this project. The prime contractor MUST possess a type B - General Building Contractor or C-39 - Roofing Contractor license.
