Renovation of a communication facility in San Luis Obispo, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 361-square-foot communication facility.

The subcontractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and all other services required to replace the roof at the San Luis Obispo ATCT cab. The work includes removal and disposal of the existing roofing system from the ATCT cab roof, which is approximately 361 square feet, and installation of a new roofing system in accordance with the project requirements. The scope includes providing and installing a roof hatch guardrail kit with a self-closing gate and galvanized finish to meet code compliance, removing and replacing all roof drains, and removing and replacing the roof hatch. The contractor shall also remove and relocate the grounding counterpoise from the roof to the parapet wall. All debris and trash generated by the work shall be removed daily and disposed of in accordance with all applicable local and state requirements. The attached drawings are provided for reference only. The Contractor shall begin performance within 30 calendar days and complete it within 90 calendar days.
