The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to install new electrical infrastructure, including a power pole, transformer, trenching, conduit, and service connections, to restore power to Building 1310 at Camp San Luis Obispo in accordance with project requirements. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to the specified email address and must include the IFB number, project title, and contractor business name in the subject line. The prime contractor must possess a type C-10 - Electrical Contractor license. Prospective bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid job walk and remain for its entirety; failure to do so may result in disqualification. All questions about the project must be submitted to the designated contact by the stated deadline. If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued before the bid submission deadline.
