Booster Pump Station: Work includes furnishing all the labor, materials, and equipment for construction of a split faced block building; excavation; backfilling; grading; site and building concrete work; architectural work; masonry block construction and concrete roof; process piping; mechanical and electrical equipment; valves, meters, hydrants, and appurtenances; gas chlorine equipment; backup generator; piping; installation of 6" and 8" ductile iron and PVC piping; flow meter and electrical upgrades at existing well houses, backup generators, gravel surfacing; final grading and grass seeding; erosion control; and all other incidental and appurtenant work required to complete the improvements as shown and specified. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the president's Executive Order No. 11246 (Equal Employment Opportunity) as amended. Requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are explained in the specifications. Bidders must fully comply with Subpart C of 2 CFR Part 180 and 2 CFR Part 1532, entitled Responsibilities of Participants Regarding Transactions. Contractors, subcontractors, or suppliers that appear on the Excluded Parties List System at www.sam.gov are not eligible for award of any contracts funded by the KDHE State Revolving Fund programs. All contracts and subcontracts exceeding $100,000, at any tier under a SRF Loan Agreement shall comply with the Anti-Lobbying Act, Section 319 of Public Law 101-121, and file an Anti-Lobbying Certification form, and the Disclosure of Lobbying Activities form, if required, to the next tier above.
