A detailed scope of work has not been determined. As of March 31, 2026, an architect is on board, and the City site plan review is nearly complete. An RFQ and RFP for the general contractor are planned for issuance between mid-June and July 2026. Construction is expected to commence in September/October and continue for approximately 12–14 months.
