The town of new marlborough, acting through its board of selectmen, seeks the services of a qualified owner's project manager (opm) as defined in m.G.L. C. 149, 44a 1/2 for a town hall renovation project. The scope of the opm services includes representing the town in the renovation of the existing town hall, above agency address, through budget development, designer selection, public outreach, and oversight of design development with a second phase to include bid and award, oversight of construction, construction management, and final closeout of the project. The fee for the services will be negotiated. Contractor qualification dcamm certificate Required for dcamm contracts over $150,000, highway division contracts over $50,000. Questions concerning this RFQ must be submitted in writing and emailed to nmbos@newmarlboroughma.gov with the subject line: RFQ OPM QUESTION. Questions are due Wednesday, April 8, 2026 by 2:00 pm. Written responses will be emailed to all applicants on record as having received the RFQ.
