Site work for a civil project in Dennis, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
The project will restore Pound Pond and revitalize Seaview Park in Dennis, MA. Project elements include the creation of pond and wetland habitat, stream restoration, bank stabilization, culvert daylighting, site and landscaping improvements, and utility upgrades. A 5% Bid Bond is required. Contractor Qualification Highway Division Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. It is the intent of the Town of Dennis to enter into a contract for services relative to the "POUND POND FLOOD MITIGATION & STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS" . The prospective bidder shall provide all labor and materials necessary to: o construct the stream channel, pond, and associated channel restoration features; o excavate soil, dredge sediment and relocate on site, and dispose of excess material; o construct pedestrian boardwalk, overlook, and gravel paths; o install interpretative panels and kiosks; o furnish and install site amenities; o demolish and install drainage improvements; o coordinate and adjust water service; o reconstruct Chase Avenue parking lot and perform paving and striping (Deduct Alternate 1); o furnish and install landscape plantings; o perform site restoration activities; and o complete all work incidental thereto, complete in place, as described in these Specifications and as indicated in the attached Drawings
