Site work and paving for a road / highway in Shoals, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The contract consists of 2026 CCMG Paving and associated work items on various streets throughout the Town of Shoals. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the project title and the bidder's name and address, and must be submitted on the bid forms as identified in the Contract Documents. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond in a sum not less than 5% of the total bid amount. Performance and payment bonds for 100% of the Contract Price, from an acceptable surety company, are required at contract execution and must remain in effect through the contract term plus 12 months from substantial completion. Bidders must include all information requested by Indiana Form 96 (Revised 2026) and provide a written plan for an employee drug testing program if the project is $150,000 or more. Each bidder is responsible for inspecting the project site(s) and thoroughly reviewing the Contract Documents and Specifications. Bids may be withdrawn before the scheduled opening time but not after. The Owner reserves the right to accept, reject, or combine bids and to investigate bidder qualifications as necessary. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered and must remain firm for at least 60 days after the closing time.
