Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work to be done under this contract consists of all labor, equipment, and materials for the replacement of the existing baseball field, tennis courts, and basketball courts at Woodlawn Park in Upper Moreland Township, Montgomery County, PA. The new improvements include a natural turf baseball field, irrigation system, multi-purpose basketball courts, playground, parking lot, and underground stormwater basins. The Contractor is responsible for all demolition, erosion control, grading, soil compaction, trash/material removal, and local permitting. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, tools, labor and work, unless otherwise provided and shall be responsible for the complete supervision, performance and completion of all work in accordance with the drawings, specifications, special provisions and contract. The Contract consists of a Base Bid and six Alternate Bids. Issuance of Notice to Proceed is anticipated to be on or about June 1, 2026, with Substantial Completion by November 12, 2026. The Contract consists of a Base Bid and six (6) add/alternate items. Documents can be obtained at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/ Each bid shall be submitted in accordance with Article 15 of the Instructions to Bidders and Document 00 21 13.1 Supplemental Instructions for Submitting Electronic Bids and must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid amount payable to Upper Moreland Township along with an Agreement of Surety certifying that the required Performance and Payment Bonds will be provided to the Bidder. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish proof of insurance and bonds for Performance, Payment, and Maintenance in such form as meets the approval of Upper Moreland Township and having as security thereon such Surety company or companies as are approved by Upper Moreland Township. Upper Moreland Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, and to waive any informality in the bids.
