Description

Renovation of a stadium in Jackson, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.

The work includes alterations to the existing building, specifically the removal of the existing bleacher and replacement with a new fixed bleacher, as well as the construction of two new locker rooms with a mezzanine level above. Bids must be sealed and marked appropriately, and a bid security of 5% of the bid amount must be included. Performance and Maintenance bonds are required at the time of contract. Certified Wyoming resident contractors will receive a 5% preference. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept the bid considered to be the lowest responsible bid. Question Deadline 04/02/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. uestions regarding the bid should be directed to the Public Works Director, Johnny Ziem jziem@jacksonwy.gov.
