Site work for a civil project in Jackson, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; 120-square-foot water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The project consists of completion and/or improvements to three public water supply wells; 175 linear feet of buried water main; installation of valve and metering manholes and vaults; a new 120 square foot well house for water system electrical and process control equipment; a 175 KW natural gas standby generator; implementation of a SCADA system for local and remote (web-based) monitoring and control; improvements to an existing tank building and associated water facilities including replacement of mechanical piping, valves, and water system monitoring and control equipment; reconditioning of a 5,000-gallon pressure tank; installation of a chlorine disinfection system; along with all associated demolition and all other incidentals required to complete the work. For requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the instructions to bidders included in the bidding documents. A bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid shall accompany each bid. Bid security must be a bid bond for bids greater than $150,000. All bids are to be prepared in accordance with bidding documents. Performance and payment bonds shall be required of the successful bidder and must each be in an amount of at least 100% of the contract price. Preference is given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery, and provisions produced, manufactured, or grown in Wyoming, or supplied by a resident of the state, quality being equal to articles offered by competitors outside of the state. Certain federal regulations apply including Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage requirements and "Use of American Iron and Steel" requirements. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids, and to waive all informalities and irregularities in the bidding packages.
